Aso oke is the traditional attire for Yoruba weddings. There are basically three (3) types of traditional aso oke worn by Yoruba people.

1.Alaari - a rich red aso oke.
2.Sanyan - a brown and usually light brown aso oke.
3. Etu - a dark blue aso oke.
Other types are
*jawu
*metallic
* double weaving
* big loom
* net design...
The price of aso oke is dependent on the type and design. A bundle of aso oke (good quality) cost between #7000 - #15000.
In a bundle of aso oke, you get
* 1 gele
* 1 ipele
* 1 fila

The latest trend in aso oke has lots of embellishments. You can add stones, Pearls, sequins...to aso oke. There are some that are embellished with embroidery. You can get aso oke in major markets in Lagos ( Island, oshodi, tejuosho.. ) but you will probably get china made ones.
