I agree with the church and I'm not wasting my time with them. In fact it's the best church I have ever found myself in. The G.S Kumuyi is one of the best teachers of the gospel on this planet as far I'm concern but know one thing, no man is perfect and we are all prone to errors in our lives and erecting a church structure worth "5 billion naira" if is true, is an error on the part of the church and the G. S.

We should not just receive without giving back. So many people are in dieing need of money even to feed and some are even members of deeper life bible church. If the money is in abundance, help the poor members and not build multi billion naira structures that does no help in any way.

You claim you are really a member of this Deeper Life Bible Church which according to you is the best church in the world. You also implied to have immensely benefited from pastor Kumuyi's wonderful teachings in the ministry. In that case, if you discover what you think the church is not doing right, I think there are more appropriate avenues to channel your suggestions - certainly not in a faceless public forum such as this where we have atteists, unbelievers, haters of God and sworn haters of Deeper Life who may capitalize on the comments of a supposed 'member' to blaspheme. You may even be inadvertently discouraging some members and outsiders who are searching for a place of truth and salvation. Apparently, you are actually an enemy of the church pretending to be a concerned member just as Judas Iscariot was concerned about Mary's 'extravagance' (John 13:4-. The amount you are are quoting was not used to built a private residence nor was it used to buy a private jet for the General Superintendent or any of his sons or lieutenants. It was used to build a befitting place of worship for our great God, a place where presidents, governors, ministers, ambassadors, senators, industrialists and other highly placed people can be proud to stay and worship. Because they would tax their members like slave masters, which the church didn't want to do, so a timeline was set and besides the design of the church and its location made added to its gradual construction, building a 30 000 seater church in an area like gbagada in lagos is not a childs play.

yeah I am very quick to claim Abraham's riches, but the tithe is just 10% of his riches. God had a covenant with Abraham, not Lazarus. So I am operating on Abraham's blessing. I don't know why you people love using Lazarus as an example as if Abraham didn't make heaven with all his riches.
