Update About Fake/Plastic Rice.

China has a history of making fake food items and fake/ plastic rice has been in existence for four years now. Report has it that China has been producing rice made with sweet potatoes and plastics.
It causes digestive issues and serious health issue.

How to identify plastic/ fake rice:
1. It is hard after been cooked.
2. Water Test- The plastic rice floats.
3. Fire Test- Put a little in fire and it smells like burnt plastics.
4. Hot oil Test- Drop some in a very hot oil and it sticks or melts.
As the festive season draws nearer please let be careful of the type of Rice we eat. Don't be a victim of this. We care....

I don't understand this concept of plastic rice. How do u cook plastic?

please o can we get more info like the name of the brand if there is any specifically, so that we may not buy it let alone try testing it.
