This are some of the indicators foreigners look at to form decision on investments in Nigeria.

We have three arms of government but an interest group is always on standby to frustrate check and balance, depending on where the wind blows. Nigerians and double standard, the man was alleged, how can D Senate be D accuser, d prosecutor, d judge and D jury... It doesn't make sense. The Senate President is facing corruption charges at the CCB, y has he not resigned, isn't it the same senators that troop to his defence n pack themselves to court like his bodyguard saying he Is innocent until proven guilty. So how come what applies to Mr A doesn't apply to Mr B.

I'm am not n defence of the SGF, but he has to be investigated first by the police, if found wanting, dem charge him to court, then he can be released of his duty to go prove his innocence. That's how it works..... If u set a bad precedence, it means if I dnt like ur face I can just cook up frivolous accusation against u and asked tht u be relieved of ur duty......

I also read that SANs re shying away from judges trial, and if we can't hv a sanitized judiciary, hw can we get good judgment delivery from incessantly corrupt, biased, partial, and easily compromised Judges.
Our society would hv been better if these CSOs would stand up for the common man that re awaiting trial, lavishing in various prisons across the country.
