Seems GTBank is getting worse these days when it comes to Customer Service, their Idimu Branch is terrible. That is how I submitted Corporate Account Opening form two weeks ago and I didn't get any feedback. Today I went to inquire about the account only to find out that the form is missing. So I have to fill another form. Now the question is should I bother filling another form or I should just use another bank, please I need your advice. |
