I have eaten Ghanaian jollof rice, the food is not pleasing at all, their jollof rice look like mud eba and it is very starchy. |

You are very correct jollof Rice originated from Senegal and Gambia wollof speaking clan within the 2 country so any other country claiming to be the original owner of jollof should hold their peace. |

airminem:Some rice are that way. They absorb so much water that when they become watery when they turn cold. This is common with 'short rice' and people often go for them just because they're slightly cheaper than the longer grains. |
