I pitied the driver, cos according to Islamic law if a muslim unwillingly cause the death of Muslim/Christian he must pay around 30millions to the family of the deceased, if the families forgive him then he must Fast for 60days consecutively.
If he killed deliberately, he must be kill too or pay arnd 30millions if its preferable to the family.
