1. Pour cold water into a tumbler, pour half handful of rice into it n shake vigoroisly. If it settles on d base it's not a plastic rice but if it floats, bro, run for your dare life

2. Strike a match or ignite small quantity of rice with fire, and watch it burn, it would melt like plastic and give a rubber/plastic smell when u perceive d smell.
