STATE DATA MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR/MANAGER
DUTY/RESPONSIBILITIES
* Responsible for entire State Administrative Management Coordinator
* To manage and supervise the Field Data Registration Officers’ subscriber Registration for issuance of Social Security Card in the State
* Ability to meet Daily/Monthly Stipulated Subscription Target in the Group/State.
* Monitoring the Registration and Distribution of Printed Cards to Subscribers
* Assisting the State Management Coordinator at all times
* Supervising and motivating the Administrative Staff and Field Officers
* Reviewing Field Data Workers Performance
* Responsible/supervising the Group General Data entries process

FIELD DATA COORDINATORS:

DUTY/RESPONSIBILITIES
* Responsible to the State Data Manager.
* Responsible for the use and log book maintenance attention of the POS machine
* Receiving Data On-line Registration and payment from Field Data Registration Officers.
* Monitoring standard registration and distribution of printed Social Security Cards to subscribers
* Working with Group Leaders, Field Data Registration Agents to implement the organization policies and goal.
* Supervising and motivating a team of Field Data Solution Officers/Agents
* Ensuring that Organization State Annual Minimum Target of Subscribers are achieved.
* Assisting the State Data Manager in all Field Registration activities
* Ensuring that all revenue and proceeds received are paid daily to the State ESRF Revenue Operation Bank account through P.O.S. machine or direct Bank Counter Payment.
* Supervision of Organization Registration and Cards Distribution Activities within the Local Government Areas.
* Supervising and assisting likely Accident Victims to the Designated AGPMPN and Government Hospitals anywhere in Nigeria with the Organization Social Security Identification Card.
* Ensuring Field Data Registration Officers/Agent always dressed Corporate, wear Organization Branded Reflective Jacket and Staff/Agents Identification Card hanged.
