A bit hypocritical, aren't we?

I personally think the show is not such a bad idea. It's a good vehicle for promoting Africa, and a good window for the world to see Africa and Africans. The MNet peeps have even put a nice creative spin on it. If you live in the UK, and you watched the immediate past Big Brother, you'll agree with me.

All this talk about culture and values are simply hogwash. I don't think anyone in Africa still cares about them culture and values. . . and even then, what exactly are they? We are predominantly Moslem and Christian (not our culture, not our values), we are crazy about anything Western, so which culture exactly are people talking about?

I didn't get to see any of the steamy stuff, unfortunately. But I watch the highlights show, and it's actually fun learning about people from countries I may never get to visit or live in, in this same Africa. The sexual stuff is not pervasive, I think. I mean, it's not as if Big Brother is a 91-day orgy or something, just a few random events, that you would need to be glued to the channel 24-7 to catch anyway. The previous editions that had shower hour. . . well, I felt it was probably the most gross thing, watching people take a shower.

Big Brother Africa should be banned. This program is the perfection of liberal ideals being used to camouflage the New World Order. The program is really about surveillance conditioning, adapting you to a reality with no freedom. The program uses sexuality as the distracting tool aiding a socialisation agenda preparing the masses for the real big brother, The New World order. It also devalues the understanding of the New World Order making it be perceived as NO BIG DEAL! The emergence of Reality TV is not a coincidence as we entered a new century these programmes popped up out of nowhere for most of these reality shows world-wide are created and controlled by one company called ENDEMOL. They call it endemol we suggest they are trying to END-THEM-ALL. The big brother show uses an Eye as the symbol. This eye is tied to the eye on the pyramid on the back of the US dollar bill, which states novus ordo seclorum, which means New World Order.
