How do I believe all these when I have graded GTbank as the most efficient Nigerian bank when it comes to tech work and flexible services?

OP...perhaps, your own case was a sheer misconception and oversight cos to be honest with you, this is the first time I'm seeing a Nigerian vouching negatively against GTbank.
