Israel is subject to International law and must abide by it. Israel is behaving like a spoilt child and must be made to come to terms with reality that only a Two-state solution that has always been the hallmark of both Republican and Democrat is the solution to the Israel/Palestine Conflict.

The Jews are shielding themselves under the USA veto power with the believe the US will protect her against any state waging anti-Israeli sentiments. Israel wants Arab states to recognize her as a jewish state yet wont grant Palestine her own state.

There is absolute no way Israel can peacefully govern East Jerusalem and West Bank under Israeli government without going anti-democratic or policing every Arab-occupied territories.

It's gonna be a different ball-game when Trump assumes office come January. With his view on this issue, Trump might indirectly start a war. Other world leaders are observing to see how he handles this international crisis. It'll test his foreign policy immediately he assumes office. It seems like he wants to emulate Putin (Brute force and prompt retaliation to perceived threats). Cant wait for January to come....

Obama just played politics with Trump's administration. He has put Trump in a dilemma, if Trump sustains Obama's stance and view, he'll appear as if he doesnt have anything better to offer in terms of another way of resolving the conflict, given Trump's personality, he would never sustain Obama's view. Should he revoke US' view on the issue, it'll seem like he's pushing for war. Kerry has said that Obama and him can't and won't support Israel on this issue and that the president elect and his administration can go a different direction bt the current administration won't
