I think constant criticism puts them on their toes while applauding from time to time makes them feel they're doing us a favour

There were no fuel queues in December 2014.

ye its 145 naira

in other years the price of fuel automatically increases to about 250 naira per litre during Christmas... yes when last did anyone buy fuel a 87 naira in the south east during festive periods
