SPECIFIC REQUIREMENT
SALES/MARKETING MANAGER:
ELIGIBILITY TO APPLY-
• Bsc marketing or other relevant qualification
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar capacity or industry
• Highly motivated with a drive to succeed and a passion for sales.
• Target driven and money motivated individual.



DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES-
• Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department
• Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives
• Managing the sales team and all sales activities within the company.
• Motivating staff and leading the team to achieve sales targets.
• Interviewing and selecting new members of the sales team.
• Involved in Setting sales targets and activity key performance indicators.
• Daily reporting on progress towards sales KPI’s.
• Chasing leads and following up on opportunities to generate sales.
• Arranging to attend industry conferences and events.
• Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
• Co-coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
• Overseeing the company’s marketing budget.
• Involved Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
• Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
• Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
• Preparing online and print marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
• Creating a wide range of different marketing materials.
• SALES EXECUTIVE

ELIGIBILITY TO APPLY.
• Bsc or its equivalent
• Previous experience in a sales role within the industry
• Self-motivated and organized individual.
• Track record of achieving KPI’s and targets.
• Outgoing with an ability to build rapport with people of all backgrounds.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Cold calling potential customers and selling the company’s products.
• Researching the target market and finding clients to target
• Attending meetings with potential customers and closing sales.
• Building a sales pipeline to ensure a constant stream of sales.
• Working to monthly sales and revenue targets as set by the sales manager.
• Progressing towards activity targets and KPI’s set by the sales manager.
• Following up with past customers and cross selling products.
• Providing assistance to other members of the sales team.
• Following up on leads generated by other departments.
• Investigating and resolving queries from customers.
• Giving daily reports on sales activity to the sales/marketing manager




FRONT DESK /CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP OFFICER:

ELIGIBILITY TO APPLY.
• Minimum Qualification OND
• Experience in a similar capacity is an added advantage
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills
• Good work ethics

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Interface with walk in customers.
• Attend to clients’ inquires and complaints.
• Interface with customers via mail, social media platform and telephone,
• Reply all correspondence. (emails, sms and telephone calls and website correspondence)
• Monitor all website visitors and respond to their comments
• General customer relationship management
• Give a daily report of activity to sales manager
• You are expected to professionally communicate with ALL clients and prospects whether in person or via phone.
• You are expected to keep the front office neat at free from loitering during working hours.

ACCOUNTANT

ELIGIBILITY TO APPLY:
1. Bsc accounting or equivalent
2. Previous experience in similar capacity
3. Ability to use spread sheets and accounting applications

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES-
• Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles
• Prepare budget and financial forecasts
• Develop and implement weekly budget.
• Recommends financial actions
• Ensure tax compliance
• Keep Expenses record
• Keep financial record of clients and company
• Give daily reports of accounting activities to to GM
• Conduct month-end and year-end close process
• Prepare monthly management/final accounts

LAWYER –
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Draft all legal documents
• Attend meeting involving legal issues on behalf of the company
• Act as company secretary
• Ensure all staff abide by the rules and regulation of the company
• Draft employment letters for new recruits
• Report to the MD
