The lowest merit cutoff for Engineering courses was 68 or so, last year and that's system Engineering.
I think you are good to go for any Engineering course with that kinda O'level..

Altogether is 100
Now,
A1... 10 points
B2... 9 points
B3... 8 points
C4... 7 points
C5... 6 points
C6... 5 points

Divide your jamb score by 8 to get over 50
And calculate your grades using those points in 5 relevant subjects.
