According to the residents of the area, children have been missing in that locality and luck ran against this mad man as he was caught and what they saw on him was beyond comprehension. Nigerian people are annoying and big time bullies. What is wrong with an insane man having money at hand. People give them money out of pity so just because he has little amount of cash on him doesn't mean he stole it. People have kind hearts and help insane people on the streets.

OP, abeg what exactly do you mean by "a lot of money"? Cos apart from the 3x#500 notes (#1500) and the other denominations which is at most #1000, I can't see any "lot of money" in this picture. Or is this not the pic u are referring to? Also, where are the documents?
