I guess he is referring to the case of Emma Ugolee..Emma has being spending over 500K every month for the past 5 years. .Heard me right..Shey na poor Person dey spend that amount?Hunnnnnnmnn..He had to come solicit for funds in the public when he needed 50Million naira..
