It depends on the type of programming u want to learn; is it for mobile, desktop application or Web technology. it also depends on your pocket, there are good places in Lagos especially Yaba, but might be expensive. First settle the choice of your programming language, then find someone training or doing what you want, he will be able to guide you through or recommend training center to you.
