Which indicator is better for entering a trade, Lagging or Leading Indicator

Momentum ( not custom) and order flow indicators are the king of market movers. When it does in a major/ strong zones like support/ resistance, demand and supply , and strong pivot areas, and you can confirm from your market understanding, you are bound to make cool money especially when it does that one higher time frame unless the levels are broken ( confirmed breakouts). They give birth to swing. Majority of these indicators that gives rise to these are leading indicators. If you know how to use them well and wait for good set ups, you will enjoy them.
In other term, lagging indicators are good for trend following . when a trend has been esterblished, you can re- enter using lagging indicators, but still they lag in many cases.
In conclusion, if you must not follow indicators blindly. Some just put fancy indicators there just to see color change, but what are the factors that change the color they don't know. That's my submission.

Divergences = Leading
Crossovers / Trend = Lagging

Some Plan

1. Drawing a BattlePlan on weekend. You might need to look at weekly more.
2. Delve into lower timeframe and the traders ability to pin-point tight entries.
3. Traders ability to minimize risk and safeguarding their capital
4. Managing the positions to stretch out the profits.
5. Using various position management tactic to ensure that your BattlePlan is working out as intended.


PS: Even after you've spent so much time waiting for the perfect entry, the market does what it wants and couldn't care less about your analysis.

Too many positive-minded traders up there, I woke up and those posts got me smiling
stay positive, persistent and consistent.
There is much light behind the tunnel

I see guys opening eyes wide and making big ways. Again, I woke up with a big smile to my basket; EA SL was hit about -280.0 pips, isn't that wonderful? While so many other pairs rose to counterbalance its effect on my overall profit in the basket, isn't that again wonderful?
nice bro.. I'll like to ask how u trade? can u explain it because I don't get the concept of opening so many positions at once

No I don't have for my present strategy. As for the risk part, you can always adjust your lot size to your taste. Its all about what works and makes the profit for you.

What pipsbasketing does is it helps you to have a net profit in a basket when some of the trades in the basket are doing very well. See you next week

Bought earlier today :
eurgbp, target for around 350pips, long long days swing.
Sold gbpjpy also, target 148.30... Long long days ahead.
I used one of my small accounts to test some short term trading strategies today, lost about 250% of my over all profits I have built since this year.. I no go go back to that scalping again. grin grin grin. Long term and swing all the way...
Closed gbpjy.for 50pips. Gaps took many of my profits.
I will wait for clean signal again

Eurgbp still open until swing broken.

Had to admit that I was wrong on the $BTCUSD trade so I had to remove it at a small loss. Also, I had to reduce my SL on $XAUUSD to almost BE and also added another position on $AUDUSD. I have some pairs on my watchlist let's see how it goes. Happy trading week to you all.

EJ Long is exhausted but UJ can still pull stunt upward this week. But with German Election favouring the incumbent EJ may move up this week......My view though
