More of Faith, Less of Worry

Worry: The state of being worried (troubled, feeling uneasy) about an occurrence or would-be event.

Faith is confidence in a thing, person or a belief. It comes with a strong conviction.

Worry is likened to a rockingchair, always in motion, but takes anyone nowhere.

The worry chain/cycle: Worry leads to stress, stress to distress, to ailments, then possible death.

It's in human nature to be anxious about things. Infact, the events around us, the complexities of our society, the failing nature of the states to mention few, are more than enough justifications to worry.

However, we must be careful and never let these things get the better part of us. We must guard our heart against worries.

Anxiety and worry leaves us worse off, and brings no solutions whatsoever to our existing challenges.

REMEDY: With hardwork, persistence and a believe in the fact that when you cast your burden, challenges, worries and anxieties,he is ever there because he cares!!!(1pet5:7)

Seek him, and your worries will be eroded (matt 6:33).

Note: Worry is the opposite of faith.
