Well they have the right to blame FG for What Led To Their Predicament. But the predicament in question is solely their responsibility to bear. Every Manager and Customer Service Personnel is taught and expected to be able to handle irate customers and manage unfavorable conditions. Their inability to manage the situation led to the show of shame. |
