Leadhire limited urgently require qualified candidate to fill in the position of Front Desk Officer (Female) in Lagos.

Job Responsibilities
Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the organization;
Taking dictation and minutes;
Carrying out background research and presenting findings;
Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
Ensuring the reception area is impeccably clean/safe/organized at all times and all other areas of the office by supervising the admin support staff

Requirement
Only Females should apply
Young, presentable, vibrant and tech-savvy
B.SC/HND required with relevant experience.
Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
