Since yesterday I have been trying to make transfer to different accounts using gAPS my account will be debited but the recipient will not b credited. It has happend more than 20x starting from yesterday evening. The problem is that you cant even reach them on phone or any other means. Their customer care phone has no option of speaking to a customer care agent.

Was it deliberate its happening at close of work yesterday when no one can walk into their office to complain or withdraw money

Please is any person experiencing same issue?

I am using internet banking and i make transfers everyday without issue.u can stil visit gtbank.whn u make calls to their customer care it should be done at the working hour

Its a very silly bank, i had similar issues with them some days before the new year. I sold skrill funds to someone, he paid me via internet banking, money left his account but didn't get to me for several days until he went to one of their branch office to complain.
