Hi,
     Do we have any supplier of building materials in the House? I need quotation for the underlisted Materials

1) 200 bags of Cement
2) 30 Tonne of Granite
3) 1/4 (Quater) Tonne of 10mm Iron Rod
4) 1 Tonne of 16mm Iron Rod
5) 3 Tonnes of 12mm Iron Rod

I intend to get all the material to site latest by next week, so time is of the essence.

From what I can see it looks like you are getting ready for a raft foundation. You probably have to source these materials for yourself separately because I don't think you can get one supplier that can deliver all these to site with out making you pay dearly. Anyway here are guidelines on material pricing based on my recent experience in that area. ** Use for Reference only **
Cement 1,600 naira per bag
Granite 30Tons @ 45,000 per 10Tons
10mm Iron rod @ 125,000 per Tons
12mm Iron rod @ 115,000 per Tons
16mm Iron rod @ 110,000 per Tons
Sharp Sand just in case you need it is 35,000 per 10Tons.

These quidelines are a bit cheaper than what i have, i guess the differences in prices will be transportation cost,
it is for 2nd level decking,

Well, transportation is included with the the price I gave except the cement which I use my own truck.

For GRANITE,

I agree with ajileko for that price.

Anyway i can sell 30ton for you @ N135K.

If you have a price quotation less than that then be careful

Better still you may come to my quarry with a trailer and

buy the stuff @ the quarry instead of we supplying/bringing it to your site.

any idea where i can get cheap sharp sand around the lekki region,
we have spent close to 1m filling compound, trying to sort access to road etc and it is not close to being finished!
sharp sand is costing us a fortune, we r not in the region so not sure if there are constructions work going on but i believe construction work should be going on around the area where we can get them at a very reduced rate!

Any ideas, or quotes for sharp sand will be welcome

I was able to get it for 100k for 40 tons around my area there in Okun Ajah. It may cost you more since you are a little further from me plus omonle issue. BTW are you using sharp sand for fillings ? Let me know, I can give you the supplier's info.
