I followed the link it didn't even show where I will insert the password it just log in and after I click on start test it shows.. . You have reached the limit of permitted tries for this exam

For all facing the issue of "You have reached the limit of your trials", I said it many many times that you have ONLY one attempt to the test.

That was why there was a trial/sample test to get familiar with the environment. I am sorry but there is nothing I can do.

i logged in and it didn't bring out the question but just my start time and it went ahead to say i have reached limit for test

Oops! All started well until it displayed you are only permitted to attempt the test once. That wasn't my fault definitely.
