You are asking this question on the wrong thread. There is already a "Giving Birth In The USA" thread which I believe you've already commented on.

However, based on little knowledge from past post most New York hospitals are very expensive to use just for general medical use. You might wanna try less expensive States like Texas or even Southern States in the US.

Just chipping in....Times Square, NY...June 2016....emmm whose blue shirt is that? Very crowded place. Its not easy to get someone to take your pix. A selfie stick is highly recommended.
