The problem we have in this country is that we get too emotional with issues and we throw objectivity out of the window. The truth is, what pretty mike did is abhorrent to a lot of Nigerians, moreso, those that are cultural and religious. However, there's a difference between morality and law. That something is immoral does not make it unlawful. Cheating on my wife is immoral and bad but i can't be arrested for it. That's just how it is. If such acts are that bad then the legislators should pass a law and make it unlawful to put a leash on any human being. But until then, it's not a crime as long as the girls are not underage and they agreed to be part of it.

There's nothing in the screen shot that connects the law to what pretty mike did. Except you're saying that what pretty mike did can be termed "Indecency".
