Why are we being Naive? The Money being put into this Maritime University should have been used to develop the Foremost & Prestigious Maritime Academy of Nigeria, Oron. Over the Years the School(MAN, Oron) has been yearning for Training Vessels, Better accommodation, Sea Time, etc & We are all here praising rubbish. My brother for me the matter is not just a question of size but also of the evidence of invested funds. If your hard earned 13billion(mind you this is just the cost of the land) was put in developing a university and the contractor presents this to you as work done after about 3 years on site..... what would be your response?
