On a test drive, noticed crowds and short lines at petrol stations. Is there an impending scarcity?

Frankly tired of this country.

Marketers are still owed over $1b in subsidy. Most marketers have stopped utilising NNPC's forex intervention to bring in PMS. Rather, they prefer to import AGO and HHK and make big margins than wasting their time with importation of PMS with very thin margin. Either there is a hike or subsidy is reintroduced! However, past subsidy has to be cleared before marketers are convinced to commence importation of PMS! This government is completely lack lustre and more than clueless.
