Now take into account the fact that prospective participants who will wanna PH will be wary, and hence will wanna wait for the peeps GHing to be cleared first. And if these people who were to PH decide to wait for the GH peeps to get their money, who then will pay the GH participants? I don't know if you catch my drift.
