In the western world, kissing in public is normal. Kissing as in a peck on the cheek or mouth. Deep throat tonguing, French kissing etc tends to attract a level of staring or bemused attention. Back home in Africa, this sort of thing is frowned upon, and personally, I would do this sort of thing in the privacy of my yard unless, I wanted to prove something or get my adrenalin pumping.
