Shopping on jumia is my worst moment so far,u think they sell original products but then it's a very big lie.
This is the second time am experiencing this,I bought things from jumia and upon delivery I get lesser value of worth I paid for..
Please be careful with jumia

You didn't check it out before making payment. I ordered for kenwood blender from jumia. When it was brought, I insisted in checking it out, jumia agent told me I can't open it. Gave him back the blender, told him I can't pay for what I have not tested. He took it away, the next day, got a call from jumia that the blender will be delivered and to be tested. It was delivered the next, I checked it out and did the testing, confirm it working before I paid. I nor fit shout later.
