Well if you think the EPA is useless, you can try the smog in China. I am an industry guy too who doesn't enjoy the EPA as much, but even i have to agree that they do an excellent job in protecting public health. Its better to go overboard than to be less than conservative.

I was with a group for a year long remediation work at a coal plant now running on Natural gas, without the EPA that kind hustle no for show.

Whao! wat a nice offer and a wonderful generosity, I am a prospective intl master student, I have a good CGPA and I have written all the standard tests (GRE n IELTS) but didn't perform up to my expectation and I intend to re-write in other to use it for funding majorly and possibly go for a higher school as I have filed in some school application in other to get admission and Proceed, but my mind always tell me and am sure I can perform better in my GRE as I have been able to avoid some distractions since beginning of this year.
