Corperate Affairs Commision, Not Transparent. by osile2012: 3:50pm On Jan 23, 2017 |
We are a country of over 180 million, i will assume there are atleast 70 million registered companies/ business names in Nigeria. Now corporate affairs charges you N500 for each name search, knowing fully well that that the chances that your name will have a match is 99.9999% high. So you keep searching and paying N500 . You might end up spending up to N100000 searching for names. Now, i thought technology was to make life easier for us. It should be like searching for a domain name which is free. before your purchase a domain, you search the database and if someone else is using it, you are notified instantly. Why will they charge us N500 for each name search? Is that not scamming ? EFCC should go after the federal Government. 2 Likes |
