Not a tailor, you need an upholsterer.
Don't even think of going to a furniture maker, they will only end up charging you extra for their own gain. It's the work of an upholsterer unless the furniture maker also doubles as upholsterer.

haba now don't talk like that and don't assume based things based on the way you think because you are so wrong besides you not doing business with him doesn't mean a whole lot of people won't. Most of them always pay upholsterers to complete the clothing part.
The few furniture makers who can do the upholstery most times only focus on cushion chairs and nothing else.
Though recently, some of these young guys are taking it upon themselves to learn both furniture making and upholstery, it's just not common yet because it's very stressful unless it's a big company that could afford both at a time.
