This has always been a question on many people's mind. A lot of people believe the transmission would be a toast when driving say 60km/hr and just change to reverse in an automatic transmission car. Well, that's not the case, at least in modern cars. A YouTuber autovlog tested this with his Ford fusion. When changed to reverse in motion nothing happened.
