I was once unfortunate to buy a cloned Xiaomi Mi4, so I had to do quite a lot of research afterwards. Everything looks good so far, except one teeny tiny little flaw in the cloning. They forgot that the Qualcomm 801 chipset only uses custom Krait cores, not ARM A7 ones.

I don't mean to spoil the OPs' business, but yes this device to the best of my knowledge is a clone. I don't have any issues with them being sold, the seller should clearly state that they are replicas or clones of the original. They should not try to pass them on as original or charge buyers as if it were the original device! That would be FRAUD!
