Ifeagwu Kalu, also known as Eskimo, 34; Nkeiru John Iwuoha, also known as Damage, 40; Chukwu Ogbonnaya, 26; and Onyebuchi Kalu, have been arrested for allegedly raping and terrorizing women at Elughu Nkporo and its environs.
