Head Branding & Marketing

Job Objectives:
o Explore new frontiers, markets and customer/product segments as well as evaluate existing ones
o To market and promote the Company brand

Job Responsibilities:
o Conduct customer research, analyze market conditions and competitors data and oversee implementation of marketing plan
o Design and execute marketing strategies for all ranges of products to reach customers and communicate brand message
o Communicate with all outlets to ensure that strategy integration and messaging aligns with overall Company objective
o Design and execute schedule for marketing/promotion of the Company brand in all the outlets and their environs
o Utilize sales report from outlets to analyze customer behaviour and sales and develop recommendations to ensure that business objectives are met
o Manage and coach subordinates

Job Requirement:
o B.sc in Marketing
o 5 years  experience in marketing, communication and branding

Spa Manager/Customer Care Manager

Job Objectives:
o Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction in the provision of spa services

Job Responsibilities:
o Design a Spa Procedure Manual and ensure adherence by all spa personnel
o Trains all staff/subordinates on new products and treatments
o Ensures a high level of operational efficiency
o Provide consultation services to clients
o Communicate current and ongoing promotional programs, services and packages to clients by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of spa/salon offerings.
o Suggest value-added services to management to maximize sales.
o Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of retail products/brands.
o Operates sales register and performs inventory of sales.
Job Requirement:
o B.sc in a related field
o 4-5 years experience in a customer service role
