But that road is long over due. They have already started scrapping the middle barrier from abule egba towards iyana ipaja,that is the only major routes down to toll gate/ota that need urgent expansion in lagos, all othes have been upgraded.

9 years, 1 billion dollars and 4 missed deadlines later. They budgeted more money for the projet but haven't announced new completion date.

16km out of 27km complete for blue line only. Then for red and blue priority projects is only 58km. Total for mass rail is 246km.

Ps we're talking about blue line being fully operational only. Not the whole mass Transit system. The project started 2008 when contract was awarded to Chinese firm.
