if you interested in learning how to use SAGE 50 and QuickBooks.
I have a comprehensive video I made that would be all you need.
it covers all key steps in both SAGE 50 and QuickBooks.

1.Maintain
create coy,
setup: vendors,customers,payroll/employee,charts of accounts, budget etc

2. transactions
sales order/invoicing, purchase order/purchase,receive inventory, payments,write checks
journal entries, customer/vendor refunds, account reconciliation etc.

3. reports
general ledgers, trial balance, account payables/receivables, income statements etc.

all this you will learn from this video tutorial. you don't have to be a graduate or presently employed to have this knowledge,

it's divided into two parts however,
the grassroot : this is a less professional video that goes all the way explaining the basics and all and not assuming, "you should know this"

the dons: it's a shorter video that goes straight to the point without giving indept explanation as it is perceived the viewer already knows the effect of each transaction.

hmmm. not having a system is not good. tho u can still learn it
and then with the video, u can always remember what uve learnt and it wouldnt be a big deal wen u face to face with the software.
