We’re a cosmetics start up, currently looking for a Social Media Marketing Intern with the right blend of skills and attitude in preparation for our launch in a few months. Our makeup line is safe and of the highest quality, created to meet the beauty needs for women of colour.

After the internship, a successful candidate willing to continue working with the company may be offered equity in the business and salary as the business grows.

Requirements
It is a varied role with the following main requirements:
Graduate with strong UX and visual ability
Digital and/or social media marketing experience.
Highly proficient using Photoshop, InDesign and illustrator
Ability to work independently and contribute ideas to running projects
Aid in the preparation of blog and newsletter content. Build blogs and newsletters.
Creating, manage, maintain, and monitor social media websites as well as digital marketing initiatives
Possess strong writing skills
Be a self-starter able to work on own initiative who needs minimal oversight to achieve goals
A working laptop to use during the internship.

Good to have, but not necessary
Interest in the beauty, cosmetics & creative industries
Actively follow cosmetics industry news and trends
