I was gisting with a friend yesterday and she told me about her collegue who has 4 kids all under 6, youngest about 7months. and how her life has turned upside down. She often is absent from work, and when she does come in, she looks unkempt and harrased.

Motherhood is tough no doubt but we make it worse when we make it all about US! It doesn't have to be that way. We cannot be strong all the time, and we don't have the right answers for every situation.

TOTALLY NATURAL WELLNESS CLUB will give us a talk on health and wellness, sharing healthier alternatives to weight loss, family nutrition and how to manage stress. And of course we will have a real workout session!

The owner of a successful confectionery company in Lagos, a fellow mum, will be there live to share how a business she started from home with N1k has turned into a multi-million Naira company today! She will share from her wealth of experience how she has been able to make business, career and motherhood work.
