It is needless for the President to allow so much speculation and generation of so much ethnic tension as if he doesn't have his hands full already. Every rational Nigerian knows that this delay is purely based on where he hales from. Transmit the name together with the security report that is making you withhold the transmission if any and let the Senate do their job of screening. This is the right thing to do if we must continue to take this government seriously.

if Onnoghen has negative security reports, the FG should be bold enough to have taken action a long time ago & not when people were questioning the rationale for the delay.

If the government had gone ahead to take action against Justice Onnoghen, we will still shout that the reason is because they don't want him to become CJN. Well, the most important thing is they should forward his name and senate should confirm him. Smple!

Here are the facts:

Onnoghen was indicted by 1994 Justice Kayode Eso Panel as totally corrupt and unfit to be a Judge.
Now that he has been shown his file, He will be monitored 24-7, to see if he returns to his corrupt ways.

One more corrupt act and he will be arrested & prosecuted.
