Permit me to state the following points in relation to the February 6 protest.

1. Just when the government thought they had succeeded in intimidating and silencing every opinion voice in the land (e.g. union leaders, opposition leaders and even the media), a most unlikely voice in the person of Tuface called for a protest which is long overdue anyway.

2. This is a big slap on the face of our labour leaders who chose to be silent because they all have skeleton in their cupboard and know that any attempt to speak for the suffering masses may be an indirect invitation of EFCC & DSS into their houses, at unholy hours of the night.

3. Government should never think it's possible to intimidate everyone and silence them against speaking up when the promised change turns out to be a mirage & all promises seem cancelled.

4. When a PDP has been successfully infiltrated & destabilized by the ruling party & the Labour leaders become dumb, a Tuface will emerge. And be it known to the ruling class that for every Tuface, there are many "Tufaces".

5. Finally, this protest should tell our leaders that the much dreaded revolution could happen just at the slightest "inspiration" of a "Tuface". Remember, once a wild fire starts burning, one can never tell the extent of its impact.

Wisdom says Government should listen to the suffering masses now before it is too late.

You can fool the people sometimes but you Can't fool all the time. When they see the light they will seek for freedom
