man, Aliko Dangote reportedly sacked 800 graduate workers employed last year under Truck entrepreneurship scheme.
Affected Truck/Fleet officers were forced out of the company’s premises with the management using anti-riot policemen, forcing them to collect their termination letters and also handover company property in their possession. The management of Dangote Cement Transport breached the contract agreement between both parties. We the affected graduates is hereby calling on NANS, honourable Speaker in person of Senator Bukola Saraki and the entire house of assembly, all the human activitist, Barr. Femi Falana, et al, should come to our rescue. The management lies against, to us,during the course of our staying in the company we were under paid, with rigorous labour in that hazardous environment. We
were humiliated and treated like dogs. “It was very unfortunate the way the management treated
like dogs or even worse than dogs. Many of us had
resumed work on Monday, February 6, 2017, only to meet fully armed mobile policemen all over the place.
While still wondering what was going on, were told that we have been sacked and the policemen forced us to collect the sack letters and hand over company properties before they forced us to leave. We were indicted of stealing, and so many things, all these are flimsy excuses, Aliko Dangote should search for thieves and vandalizers among the senior staffs of Dantrans. Is because the so called Truck Officer/fleet officers, we're exposing there ridiculous, uncouth, malicious theft and diversion of company consignments, that prompt this hatred against the innocent fleet officers. Fleet officers have their proof to show case if the need be. Some of the fleet managers, Drivers supervisors, and chief drivers were not excluded. Though I am not saying there's no unscrupulous element among the fleet officers, one of which is Mr Isaac...... Who cooperated with driver to sell tyres, notwithstanding that one does not warrant sacking of others who are innocent. Aliko Dangote should set up a panel to review the issue that warrant massive sacking of the Truck /fleet officers and the Security personnel should not on they said if Aliko Dangote knows that he doesn't scammed Nigeria youth.[color=#990000][/color]
