It’s easy for us to look at the gloomy economy and the millions of businesses scattered around the country and conclude that there is no need building another business. But as long as this planet remains and humans, not aliens live in it; there would always be room for more businesses to exist and thrive. As a matter of fact, several businesses depend on other businesses to operate and also succeed. Our business could be one of those but we need a plan especially at such a time of recession.

Our Business Plan is very important as it will act as our guiding map throughout the journey of the business so it needs to be thought through or well researched before concluded and implemented. We can’t opt for assumptions when drafting our business plan. If we’re ever going to do that, then we’d better subscribe for the services of Octopus just that it’s dead so we are left with no other option than to brainstorm. And we can’t afford to do a mumbo-jumbo job either if we don’t want our investment to take a trip to wonderland.

If we’re going to go lazy on our business plan, we’d better employ our 2-year old kid to manage the business because the outcome of the business plan won’t be better than one of his toys. Our business plan must be made with clear objective of where we’re headed and how to reach the destination within a given timeframe.
