A trending video footage on social media shows two soldiers assaulting a physically challenged man for allegedly wearing army fatigue in Onitsha. Although the exact time it occurred is not very clear, the video shows the soldiers drag the helpless man on the ground after throwing away his wheelchair. They afterwards lashed him severally with canes while civilians looked helplessly in awe.
