I would advise you just get a glo 4g mifi, I was experiencing poor network also, but since I got the glo 4g mifi, it has been speed, just click and go.
And also the downloads are super fast

I think you have to use the sim for some time before they automatically activate the 4G for you if your phone supports their 4G band. I have two Glo sims and both are 4G sims. Its only the one I've been using for a long time that i get 4G from, the other is just stuck at 3G. Meanwhile their 4G is very strong and fast in my area.
