It's not a news that most uba staff don't have good attitude towards their customers, little wonder in the kpmg in customer service rating they are not doing great., but my experience with the bank staff yesterday in Katsina State make me wow and all I can say is those guys are great. Maybe their customer base is small in kastina or just an individual..... Or you met an original uba staff not stb... Generally I will not bank with uba for any reason at all |
